Group therapy
Group therapy brings people together around shared experiences or challenges — offering something that individual work alone cannot. Depending on the group, it may take the form of a flexible drop-in format open to new members over time, or a structured program that follows the same participants from beginning to end. Many people find that working alongside others navigating similar terrain is itself a meaningful part of the process, and that the goals they pursue in a group feel more grounded as a result.

Soaring Together
A 24-week multi-family DBT skills group for teens
Soaring Together is a 24-week multi-family DBT skills group for teens experiencing emotion dysregulation and/or behavioral concerns. Teens and their parents or caregivers attend together, learning the same skills so that what's practiced in group can be reinforced at home, at school, and in daily life.
The group covers the four DBT skill modules — mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness — in a structured, skills-based format. Families leave each session with practical tools they can use together.
Social Skills for Kids
Building communication, confidence, and connection through structured play
Social Skills for Kids is a structured group for children ages 8–11 that uses guided play, games, and real-time practice to build the social tools kids need to connect with others. Each session targets a specific skill — like starting a conversation, joining a group, taking turns, or handling frustration — in a supportive, low-pressure setting.
Through structured activities, children practice what they’re learning with peers in the room, which makes it easier to carry those skills into school, friendships, and everyday interactions.
